The Trinity County Courthouse, located at 110 W. Main Street in the city of Cambridge in Trinity County, Ohio, is the third building to serve as the courthouse for Trinity County. The building was constructed in 1884 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. It was designed by architect John A. Schwarz.
The building is six stories tall with a copper roof. A clock tower rises above the building at the center of the front. The front is decorated with terra cotta lintels and a copper-covered parapet.

Category:Government buildings completed in 1884β-Amyloid (Aβ) aggregation and clearance during Alzheimer’s disease (AD) are core events in the pathogenesis of AD. Since Aβ production and clearance are tightly coupled and genetic manipulation of APP processing in transgenic mice shows that APP processing affects Aβ clearance in vivo, it is generally believed that the Aβ profile itself influences the clearance of Aβ. In line with this belief, the failure to clear Aβ causes AD. Such feedback between Aβ clearance and Aβ production has been also suggested in humans. Nevertheless, evidence for such feedback has been contradictory. In this study we investigated the influence of Aβ levels on the clearance of Aβ through determining the effect of Aβ concentration on Aβ clearance dynamics in AD transgenic mice and a fibrillar Aβ assay using serum. Our results show that the half-life of Aβ in serum increases as Aβ concentrations increases. Moreover, we observe that the clearance of Aβ in vivo is slower in serum than in brain homogenate.
